Phooey – I was hoping to finish this up by now, and stay within a 1k
limit, but that’s not going to happen, dang it. Ah well. One more
session should do it (though it’s going to go long). That’s what I get
for trying to fit romantic suspense into a flash…we’ll just call it a
short, instead. Kinda fun though, if I do say so myself!

This isn’t quite finished, but very, very close. I’ll finish it
tonight, since it’s due for the newsletter tomorrow. Longer than a
flash, but a nice little short story. I think readers will like it. And
be extra careful about strangers they meet in a coffee shop.
